All pre-made items will be shipped via Royal Mail standard second class within three working days.
For alternate couriers or first-class / special delivery services, please contact me prior to ordering.
Proof of postage will be provided upon request.
For free collection from my studio, please select this option at checkout. You may collect anytime within my opening hours, but it is recommend contacting me prior collecting via email or social media to ensure I am open.
International shipping is available. Price of postage will be quoted based on location. Please get in touch for prices and delivery options.
Your items may be sent in recycled packaging in an effort to minimise waste.
If you would like to return a product, please email tigerlilytufts@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product/s you return must be unused and in the same condition you first received it in. You will be contacted regarding your refund once your order has been received. Once processed, you will receive a full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges).
Items that are lost are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be replaced or refunded.
